How many photos do you take during the day?
We don’t have any limits to the number of photos taken during the day as every wedding is different, typically we edit all the photos and aim to provide around 500 in total from both cameras.

How many photos do we choose for our books?
We ask that you choose between 60 and 65 photos.

How much is the  deposit  to reserve our date?
We require a deposit of £300 to guarantee your date, this is non refundable unless we take a replacement booking for the same date then we are happy to refund your deposit.

Do you have insurance?
We have full public liability and indemnity insurance.

What does it mean when you say I get all the photos on disc?
We supply each customer with all the photos from the proof booklet on DVD-r disc’s as full resolution jpeg’s. These are your personal back up, you may do whatever you want with the photos apart from reselling them.

Are our photos online for friends and family to see?
We have a secure website which has a small ‘best of’ gallery and a secure shop with all the photos available to view, we will give you the password to give to friends and family.
If you want to put pictures on Facebook for example we are happy to supply images optimized for that purpose free of charge or upload them for you.

Can we buy traditional prints?
We have a secure website shop which has all the photos from your day available to buy. Its a professional lab that handles the printing and the quality is fantastic, all orders are sent to the buyers home address.

Can we buy frames or canvas prints?
Yes, we offer a fantastic range of bespoke made to order frames and well priced canvas prints.

Do you require a full meal?
We ask that we are provided with just the main meal from your wedding breakfast or similar hot meal from the Hotel bar menu for example, which is usually more cost effective.

What equipment are you using?
We only use professional Canon cameras and lenses, we currently have two Canon 5D mk 2’s and a back up slr.

Are there any extra or hidden charges?
No, the package is an all-inclusive price, there’s no extra charges unless you want to change the package. For example, having more pages in the book, additional smaller books as presents or upgrading the small books to larger ones.
