Are you both full-time photographers?
Yes, we are both full-time award winning wedding photographers. We focus solely on weddings and are fully committed to giving your special day the time and dedication it deserves.
Do you have insurance?
We have full public liability and indemnity insurance. Top Tip: Please do not book any wedding supplier who is not adequately insured, be it your photographer, videographer or car hire company.
Do you back-up my photos?
Yes. We make two copies of your photographs on optical discs, two copies on external hard drive and we upload them to our secure cloud server. We also provide a copy of your image files on USB as your own personal back up which will be available to collect asap after your wedding – We aim for a lead time of between two and five weeks but this may vary on extra busy times of the year.
How many photographs do you take during the day?
There are no limits to the number of photographs taken during the day as every wedding is different. After edit, we aim to provide over 500 images.
How many photographs do we choose for our books?
We ask that you choose 65 photographs for your album, but don’t forget you will already have access to the files of all of your photographs should you wish to produce any additional prints.
How do we book you?
To confirm a booking with us, we require a completed booking form, signed contract and deposit of £400. Once we are in receipt of those three elements of your booking, all of your information will be transferred to our booking system and calendars. We will send through booking confirmations and receipts for your records and look forward to arranging our catch up meeting which will be held approximately one month before the big day itself!
Can I download a copy of the contract online?

Are there any extra or hidden charges?
No, our package is an all-inclusive price, there are no extra charges unless you wish to choose one of our optional albums or make changes to the albums. For example, adding more pages or upgrading the parent books to the larger Bride albums.
Is my deposit refundable?
I’m afraid your deposit is non-refundable. Please see our contract link above for full details of our cancellation policy.
What does it mean when you say I get all the photographs on Disc/USB?
You will receive the image files of each photograph from your proof booklet on DVD-r discs or USB as full resolution jpeg’s. These are your personal back up copies and you may use them however you wish, except for resale.
Are you recommended by any venues?
Leeds Castle, The Old Kent Barn, Eastwell Manor, The Orangery Maidstone, The BarnYard, The Oak Barn at Frame Farm, Marriott Tudor Park, Bloomsburys Biddenden & Knowlton Court all recommend us as a preferred photographer.
Are our photos online for friends and family to see?
Included within our package is the uploading of your photographs on our password protected gallery and shop. All of the photographs from your proofs will be available to view and buy as individual jpegs, prints or an extra entire disc of files. After we have received your permission to go ahead with the upload, we will inform you of the password and you are welcome to share this with your friends and family.
If you would like to share your images on Facebook, we are happy to supply images optimised for that purpose free of charge or upload them for you.
Can we buy traditional prints?
We have a secure online shop which you, your family and friends can access to purchase prints which will be delivered directly to the buyer’s homes. We use a professional photographic lab for the printing and the quality is fantastic.
Do you require a meal?
We ask that we are provided with just the hot main meal from your wedding breakfast or similar hot meal from the Hotel bar menu for example, which is usually more cost effective.
What equipment are you using?
We only use professional full frame Canon cameras and lenses and have a back-up pro d-slr just in case.
